These terms govern your use of sipcerely.com and the booking of services from Sipcerely, LLC ("Sipcerely," "we," "us"). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to them.

Our Services

Sipcerely provides mobile bar and bartending services for private events in Texas. Quotes provided through this site or by email are estimates and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Bookings are only confirmed once a service agreement is signed and the booking deposit is received.

Booking, Deposits & Cancellation

• A non-refundable deposit of $200 reserves your event date.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your signed service agreement, which controls over anything on this website.

Alcohol Policy

Sipcerely operates under a host-provided alcohol model as required by Texas law. We do not sell, supply, or provide alcohol. Clients are solely responsible for purchasing alcohol and obtaining any permits or venue approvals. Our bartenders will refuse service to anyone underage or visibly intoxicated. Full terms are in the service agreement and alcohol acknowledgement signed at booking.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices shown include Texas sales tax where stated. By submitting a payment you represent that you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

Website Use

• Site content — text, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Sipcerely, LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape data, or submit false inquiries.
• The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep information accurate but don't guarantee it's error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipcerely's total liability arising out of your use of this website or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law. For booked events, the signed service agreement governs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in Lubbock County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here.
