Sipcerely, LLC ("Sipcerely," "we," "us") operates sipcerely.com and provides mobile bar services in Texas. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Inquiry & booking details — when you submit our contact or booking forms: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue address, guest count, and event preferences.
- Agreement details — if you book with us: your signature, billing details, and event information collected through our online onboarding.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain records of amounts paid.
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This uses cookies.
How We Use It
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide our services
- To send transactional emails about your booking — quotes, agreements, payment receipts, reminders, and post-event feedback requests
- To process payments and maintain business records (including tax records we're legally required to keep)
- To improve our website and marketing
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails without your consent.
Who We Share It With
Only the service providers needed to run our business: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage), and Google (analytics). Each processes your data under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for business and tax purposes (typically at least four years, per IRS and Texas requirements). Inquiry data from leads that don't book may be deleted sooner.
Your Choices
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll honor requests except where we're required to retain records.
- You can decline cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Children
Our services and website are directed at adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised date.
